I am so excited to be your student’s teacher this year! I have been teaching at Discovery Elementary since 2017. I was born and raised in San Diego County and have lived in San Marcos since 2004. My husband Brian and I have 3 children who also attend schools in SMUSD. It is an honor to teach in the district I call home. Teaching is my passion! Watching my students grow socially, emotionally, and academically each year is beyond rewarding. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, and eating out.
