Please complete the Family Placement Input Form if you would like to provide input on classroom placement for your student(s) next year. This form allows families to provide input into students’ learning styles and classroom environments for their success. Requests for specific teachers are not accepted. The Family Placement Input Form is not mandatory to complete; all enrolled students will be placed in a classroom. The Family Placement Input Form must be completed by Friday, June 2.
